Yoke is operated under Percy Lane Labs from the United Kingdom ("Yoke", "we", "our", or "us").
Yoke is a collaborative goal-tracking app that connects you with a partner (a "collaborator") so you can set shared goals, check in on your progress, and encourage each other. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive information such as your subscription status and transaction identifiers so we can unlock Premium features. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
With your permission, the App may access your device's camera or photo library so you can add a profile picture or attach photos to your progress updates, and send you push notifications. You can withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Yoke uses artificial intelligence to provide context-aware nudges and encouragements and to calculate your Yoke Score, an automated metric reflecting your accountability and engagement. To provide these features, information such as your goal titles and details, progress check-ins, and engagement patterns may be processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf. These providers are only permitted to process your information to provide these features to us and may not use it for their own purposes. AI-generated nudges are automated and provided for motivational purposes only.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, including your goals, progress history, notes, and media. Copies may persist in secure backups for a limited period before being purged. We may retain limited information where we are legally required to do so (for example, records of transactions) or where necessary to enforce our terms and keep the Services safe (for example, moderation records relating to banned accounts).
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, encrypted password storage, and access controls limiting who can access personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately to any suspected breach.
